On behalf of the entire Sloan family, I wish to express our condolences to the members of Maxine's family. We share fond memories of being neighbors, and growing up together. And of course, the good times we had at Beverly Playground.
You are in our thoughts today. Many blessings for Maxine.

I will always remember Maxine. She was an outstanding teacher at Crossgates School. She was never without a smile and the children loved her dearly. Maxine taught second grade during my assignment at Crossgates School as principal. I am only sorry I didn't get to spend more time with her after we both retired from education.
