Michael A.
Michael A. Bowron, 23, of Temperance, MI died Friday, December 13, 2013, in The Toledo Hospital after a life long battle with Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome. Born March 26, 1990, in Toledo, OH he was the son of Michael P. Bowron and Kelly A. Fitzgerald, and brother of Katie. Michael was a beautiful soul that inspired many throughout his life. Though he was frail on the outside, those that knew him knew his inherent strength. Michael was a wonderful and talented artist, writer and avid gamer. He had a love of animals, who were naturally drawn to him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his loving parents, Kelly Fitzgerald and Michael Bowron; sister, Katie Bowron; grandparents, Terrance and Patricia Fitzgerald and Carol Bowron. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wilford Bowron.
Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI where a memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. The family wishes to thank the staff of Pediatric Hematology/ Oncology Program and Pediatric Pulmonology Group at Toledo Children's Hospital.

So sorry! Michael was an amazing young man! It was always a blessing when he was able to be in the children's church department. Never a complaint, no matter how bad you knew he felt.

Our hearts go out to you Mike and Kelly during this time. Michael was truly a wonderful soul and a gift from God to all that knew him. I never have met a more Polite and caring individual such as he. When I would see him I would always ask how he was doing and never would you hear him complain about anything despite how he really felt inside. He certainly was a fighter and a soul who despite the odds fought for each breath to remain with those he Loved and who Loved him. Michael will certainly be missed by those who knew him. With deepest sympathy our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

We're praying for your family as you walk through the sadness of Mikey's homecoming. I know he wasn't known by that name anymore, but that is how we remember him. Our son, Joe, said he still remembers when he was laid up in a cast and Mike brought over his gamecube and hung out with him to help cheer him up! Our loss is heaven's gain ... praying!

My heart is heavy for your loss. From what I know of Michael he was an extraordinary young man he will most defiantly be missed! The few times I have had the pleasure of seeing him in person I felt his strength! Anything I can do just ask!!!
