Erica,
So very sorry to hear of Mike's passing, he was such a caring person and a very trusted businessman. We had many, many long conversations over the last several years...I don't know how I would have made it through Alan's death without his incredible efforts! He always talked about you and how well the boys were doing.
It astounds me how small this world is...to have babysat for you in my teenage years, to living next to your mom and the Norton's who attended the same church in my teenage years and babysitting for their girls, then meeting Mike at a time in my life when I really needed his expertise-I so believe in a higher power and guardian angels being around us to get us through times like these. I am so sorry that you've lost Mike at such an early time in your life, Erica. If there is ever a time that you need to just talk about the grief you're going through please feel free to give me a call.
My parents just called me (Tues. eve) to pass along the news and unfortunately, I have a procedure tomorrow-so I'll not be there to give you a big hug-but I'm sure you'll be well surrounded with oh so many folks that truly care.
God Bless, Gayle Gardner

Erika,
Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Mike was a friend for 50 years to the Whittington-Humberger family. We enjoyed his humor and his spirit of giving back to the community and to the Loch Erin Association. We enjoyed many trips with the guys in the early to mid years with many happy memories. Mike was a good soul and will be missed by us all. He had so much passion for so many causes. While there are no words to describe the pain and sense of loss you are feeling, please know that many share your grief and are ready and willing to help you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
With deep sympathy

Our condolences to you and your family. We still have the lovely drawing Michael made for us when we got married when he was still in school and we were neighbors on Greenway. (We tell our granddaughter how our cat used to torment your sweet dog). Know that you are in our thoughts. - Ken and Jill Teitlebaum
