Dear Elson Family;
I am the 2nd Mate aboard the M/V H. Lee White. I just wanted to say, on behalf of the crew and myself, that many of us have fond memories of Captain Elson - and we have missed him since he left us for retirement.
He was a good man, a good Captain - and more importantly to "us"... A great shipmate!
I have no doubt Captain Elson's family will miss him deeply - Please take comfort in the FACT that he is with our Father, waiting for the rest of us he left behind.
Warmest Regards,
Doug LaLonde
