Nancy MILLER Obituary

MILLER Nancy Mae Nancy Mae Miller, 85, of Sylvania Township, passed away Monday, October 10, 2011, at Flower Hospital, with family by her side. She was born February 17, 1926, in Toledo, OH, to Ople J and Helen (Scherer) Howard. She was a graduate of Swanton High School class of 1944. Nancy with the support of her parents raised four girls. After many successful years in the restaurant business, she finished her work career as purchasing agent for O'Connell Machine and Tool for 26 years. Nancy was an avid bowler for 40 years, participating in many local, state and national tournaments. She also was a member of The Toledo Blade Queens Traveling League for 10 years. Left to cherish her memory are daughters; Annette ( Tim Sebring), Darlene, and Jacquelyn Miller, granddaughter; Tara Helen ( Steve Barker) Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ople (Jack) Howard Jr. and daughter, Sandra Miller, this past July. Friends and family may gather from 10am to 12 noon with memorial service to follow at Advent Lutheran Church, 6735 Sylvania Avenue, Sylvania, OH, Saturday, October 22. Private Interment to take place at Toledo Memorial Park at a later date. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.reebfuneralhome.com
