Nicholas Wong Obituary
Nicholas Yin Chung Wong, 31, of Maumee OH passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2023. He was born on March 1, 1992 in Hong Kong, China to Chee and Sandy Wong.
Nick was a kind soul, loving son and brother and was known to be a social butterfly. He had a vibrant personality and was well known in the Maumee/Toledo soccer community as a player and coach. He had a passion for soccer, travel, dogs and attending concerts. He never failed to make people laugh and smile with his goofy charm. Nick was not only dedicated to his career as a Physical Therapist but also deeply enjoyed helping others through his work.
He is survived by his father, Chee; his mother, Sandy; and his sister, Nicole (Derek). Nick cherished his family and had a close bond with them. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral service to honor his life will be held on November 25, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home- SW Chapel 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo OH 43614.
Family, friends, and loved ones are invited to attend and pay their respects.
