I'm so sorry to hear of Norm's passing. He was one of the few people who shaped my union beliefs. A real mentor. Everyone thought that we were related. I called him Uncle Norm. We probably were distant relatives. I have lost touch with the people whom I respected and who were so instrumental in my electrical career. He was one of them. He was one of the best men I ever ever knew. I'm so sorry for our loss.

Our sincere condolences on your loss. We had the pleasure of knowing Norm through various activities of the Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce's Government Affairs Committee.
Norm was always well respected by his peer groups, he was always willing to offer whatever he could for various causes but more importantly, he was always the consummate gentleman, soft-spoken but with well-considered comments and the kind of person you wanted to be your friend and associate.
If there were more Norm Ladd's this would be a much better place.
We know he will rest in peace and may you have all the fond memories of having him so close to you.
