Paul A. Kroyer passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, Tuesday, May 2, 2023, he was 88. He was born July 6, 1934 in Toledo, Ohio to Svend Olle and Emma Lydia (Baden) Kroyer. He was a member Sylvania Rotary Club (Paul Harris Fellow), the National Exchange Club and the Zenobia Shriner; Mounted Patrol for many years. For many years Paul was on the Sylvania Township Zoning Board. He was a skilled heating and air conditioning technician and started Kroyer Heating and Air Conditioning; which owned and operated for over 65 years before "retiring". Paul was also a member THACCA.

Paul was a true family man, was involved in Boy Scouts with his son, and 4H with all 3 of his children. They went to Northern Michigan quite often for snowmobiling, dirt biking, camping, and they traveled the world together as a family. Paul enjoyed working and was a very hard-working man who enjoyed helping family, friends and neighbors. His smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Dorothy "Dottie" Kroyer; and siblings, Duane Kroyer, Jean Elvey and Nancy Sutton.

He is survived by his son, P. Michael (Melinda) Kroyer; daughters, Deborah Kroyer, and Kathryn (Frank) Forche; grandchildren, Anna Estelle, Nathan Paul, Mikaela Ann, Sydney Marie, great-grandchildren, Kilie Rhae, Pheobe, Lily and Lorelei; and many more wonderful family and friends.

The family will receive guests on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. â€" 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home â€" West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Rd., Toledo, OH 43617 (419-392-9500) with Memorial Services beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
