Phyllis Kohls Obituary

KOHLS Phyllis J. "Moo-Moo" 07/25/1930 - 05/19/2007 Moo-Moo passed away peacefully Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Flower Hospital. She was a longtime employee of the Old Granda Gardens and most recently spent her last few years as a resident of the Franciscan Care Center in Sylvania, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mildred Hayes; brothers, Jerry and Larry Hayes and sister, Charlene Kern. Phyllis is survived by her son, Kenneth (Vikki) Kohls; brother, Mike (Marsha) Hayes; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and special friend, Larry R. The family would like to thank the entire staff at the Franciscan Care Center and Flower Hospital for their loving care and concern. Friends may visit the family at Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Ave. on Friday, May 25th from 2 to 8 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Franciscan Care Center. www.walterfuneralhome.com
