Randy
Randy Mohler, age 67, a longtime resident of Naperville, IL, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2015, at his home. He was born December 8, 1947, in Toledo, OH.
Randy is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Michelle; his loving daughter, Megan (Patrick) Mohler-Garry; his cherished grandchildren, Tyler Mohler and Briana Garry; his dear sister, Connie Wegrzynowski, and his adoring nieces, Amber Plymale and Brandi (Ben) Marroquin, of Toledo, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Alice Mohler of Toledo, OH.
Randy was an avid golfer and a member of Black Sheep Golf Club, member and former Club Champion of Naperville Country Club, and member of Estero Country Club at the Vines in Ft. Myers, FL. Randy and his family were longtime members of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. He graduated from Taylor University (Upland, IN) and was inducted into the Taylor Univ. Athletic Hall of Fame for his accomplishments in baseball. After his graduation, Randy was drafted by the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club and also played in the Cape Cod League. Randy was the CEO/President/Owner of Commander Packaging, South Haven Packaging (South Haven, MI), PDI (Packaging Dimensions Inc., Aurora, IL) and Jamel Container (Chattanooga, TN).
For those who would like to leave a lasting tribute to Randy's life, memorials to his grandchildren's future education through any PNC Bank, Dr. Jayesh Mehta at Northwestern Cancer Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX or the Evans Scholarship Fund.
Visitation will be Friday, May 1, 2 until 5 p.m. at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL. A Celebration of Randy's life will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home, led by Chaplain Jim Orders of Peace Hospice. Interment will be private. For information, please call 630/355-0213 or visit:

Michelle and family,
It has been years since we have made contact but I am Randy's cousin. Our families never seemed to get together over the years but I have many fond memories as kids and going to Posey lake to Grandpa and Grandma Fruchey's. You are in our prayers.
