I remember many, many fun summers at Uncle Dick's house on the lake, visiting with all my cousins, and I seem to remember a wonderful wooden speedboat. He always made the family gatherings more fun!

We will certainly miss Richard. He was such a kind, warm person who was so caring towards my grandmother, Vivian. We really enjoyed spending time with him, and felt like he was a member of our family.

Richard had a joy in serving others and making their lives easier. He was a giving companion for Vivian and no doubt blessed many people his whole life. We need to live without him for a short while now, but look forward to a reunion with the saints, Richard, no doubt among them now.

Richard was a gentleman and great companion to my mother. I always enjoyed his company and will miss him much. God speed Richard, now you can keep dancing forever.
