Richard Mikolajczyk Obituary
Mr. Richard J.
Richard John Mikolajczyk (Pops), 75, of Toledo passed away January 11, 2014.
Richard proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He loved to drag race in his youth, and remained interested in back yard mechanics his entire life. He first worked at Chevy, and then became an over-the-road truck driver.
Surviving are sons, Richard, David (Marcie) and Daniel; granddaughters, Brittany and Victoria Rachel and
siblings, Susan (Lee) Keller, Linda (Fernando) Hernandez and Michael and John. He was preceded in death by parents and brother, Steven.
Richard's greatest joy was his role as an active and awesome grandfather. He will be missed on the golf course and bowling lanes by his sons and many team mates.
Services are private. Friends and family are invited to the home of David and Marcie (4815 N. Arvilla Dr., Toledo, OH), Friday, January 17, 2014, from 4-8 p.m. to share memories and celebrate Richard's life.

Susan and Linda: I am so sorry for the loss of your dad.I have fond memories of playing badmitton with your dad and Fred Fergueson when I lived on Janet Ave. We played many summers with my buddy Bob Coats. May the Lord bless you during your grieving process

Uncle Richard was always so good to me, I have noting but the most loving memories of time spent with him especially when I was a little girl. I will never forget his smile or the sparkle in his eyes whenever I would run to greet him. I celebrate knowing he is in eternal peace and look forward to greeting him again. To all of Richard's loved ones, as promised to us, there IS rest for the weary and love for the broken heart.
