Robert Andrew
Robert Andrew Forgette, age 22, of Toledo passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
He was born on February 8, 1993, to Donald and Laurie (Fessler) Forgette.
Robert graduated from The Autism Academy of Learning in June 2015 and recently started attending the vocational day program at Sunshine Inc. Robert loved tickles, cuddles, hugs, music, McDonalds, and the letter "O". Among his hobbies were flirting with the ladies, swimming, riding "Sandy" the horse at Meijer, the carousel and train at The Toledo Zoo, anything Mudhens related, watching Barney and Sesame Street videos, computer games, and spending time with his family. Before bedtime, Robert was most comfortable with his Barney, BJ, Baby Bop and "Rawr" ON his pillow and his favorite books and pictures UNDER his pillow. His smile and laugh could brighten any room, his happiness and innocence has filled our hearts with eternal joy.
Robert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jay and Dolores Forgette, and William Fessler. Surviving are loving parents, Donald and Laurie Forgette; grandmother, Blanche Fessler; siblings, Holly (Mark) Lafferty, Justin (Kaydee) Forgette; nieces, Madeline and Sophia Forgette; several aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.
Visitation will be held at Hoeflinger-Bolander Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave., Oregon, Ohio on Monday, November 2, 2015, from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m.. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. A memorial fund has been set up at Huntington Bank in Robert's name. All contributions will go towards purchasing a memorial bench at The Toledo Zoo in Robert's name.

My heart aches so much for the Forgette/Lafferty Family!! U have taught us so much Robert!! I am so glad I met you and your family years ago At the AAOL! And your awesome sister Holly in My son, Andrew's classroom for years. Robert is so proud of you holly!! You are def. a special Angel Robert!! Please watch over your family and hold them tight!! No words can ever express the pain involved when a parent loses a child. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. The only thing that I can say is that time will soften it.
