Roy Grant Obituary
Roy D. Grant, 84, passed away on August 19, 2018 at Arbors of Sylvania. He was born in Alva, KY on July 7, 1934 to Zelpha and Roy Grant.
Roy served his country honorably as a paratrooper in the United States Army. Prior to his retirement, he was employed at Champion Spark Plug as a Supervisor in the Research and Development Lab. Roy had his pilot's license and enjoyed flying.
He is survived by his son Brian (Nikki) Grant and daughter Karen McVicker; siblings, Rondal (Barbara) Grant and Debbie (Gary) Royalty; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Wynn Grant, his parents and sister Barbara Jean Grant.

Friends are invited to visit on Friday, August 24, 2018, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Ave., Toledo, OH where a funeral service will begin 10 a.m., Saturday August 25th, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
