Dear Charmyn, Feymon and Marshall Family. I was blessed to be apart of your family as mother's adopted daughter I will miss her words of wisdom and so much more. I truly believe in giving flowers to those we love while they are living so that they can see and smell the beauty of them. I was glad to bring mom flowers every birthday. God will comfort and keep you all lean on him!

Feymon, Charmyn, Lil Feymon & Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you. I had not seen "Grandy" in a very long time and was glad to see her at Lil Feymon's birthday party a few weeks ago. She was smiling then & I know she is still smiling now. Take comfort in knowing that she was a good and faithful servant and she made sure that Lil Feymon will be one as well. She is always watching over you, until that wonderful day when you meet again!

To Ruby's Family: During this difficult time, may you find comfort in God's love. "God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted." (Matthew 5:4) Ruby was a past neighbor and has been a good friend for many years. I will miss her dearly. May the Lord watch between you and her while you are absent one from another.

Dear Charmyn and Marshall family,
What a joy and pleasure to know your mother. She had that unique ability to look you in the eye and make you just feel better. She had so much love and joy that it was contagious to those who had the opportunity to know her. I am so sorry for your loss, but I hope it is a comfort to know she is in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior. Death is so much harder on those left behind, your mother is the lucky one-no more pain or tears, but a brand new body. I wish I could be there for her memorial celebration, but I work until 7pm. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I know what its like to lose a parent, and you will miss her teribly, but take comfort and confidence that she is with the Father and Son, waiting to see you again. Keep those precious memories close to your heart and may they give you comfort. Love and prayers, Connie Street

Feymon and Charmyn,
I can't express how sad we were to her about Ruby. I loved her so much and I will always remember her with a smile on my face. Ruby always had a way that could make someone laugh, even when they didn't want to. I thank God for letting our paths cross. She will surely be missed by anyone who knew her. She used to come to my job after her treatments just to let me know she was still ok. Jason and I will keep you guys in our prayers.

How sad I was to hear of Ruby's passing, but then I remember that glowing smile and her laughter and I found peace that she wanted me to feel. I have known her and Miss Gussie since we were little children. I'm sorry that my sister Linda and I cannot make it there to be with you for her homegoing, but we are with you in spirit. My prayer are with you family and my Sister Olivia who has lost a sister. Be strong in Christ because she would want that way.

Much Love,

As sick as she had been, and throughout all the treatments & surgery, she was still positive and told me she had no time for negative people. I agreed with her. Having this cancer was scary for her.BUT everytime I asked "How are you doing Ruby Sue?", she always came back with,"I'm OK."and then asked how I was or onto another topic. This is how she was.Always thinking of others.Always loving and funny.Always positive.Always a good role model of a christian woman.Always upbeat and happy. This was Ruby Sue!! I celebrate her life and am blessed for having known her.

Ruby Sue...As I always called her. I love you. You never ended a phone conversation without saying,"I love you." Your positive attitude and loving way always impressed me and I respected you for it.Now you have all the answers we on earth desire. Your where you wanted to be.With your God.I love you Ruby Sue.You are a role model of what a Christian woman should be.I remember hugging you and always telling you how good you smelled. How I always teased you and said you were after my husband.Coming up to him at church and giving him a little kiss so he would give you some candy.. You will be deeply missed, and may we carry on what you were doing.Being kind, loving and positive. I love you Ruby Sue..Forever..

Love,
Connie Sue

I knew Ruby as one of the two wonderful, courageous women who co-founded our area's lung cancer support group. I facilitate the group and know that Ruby will be missed dreadfully. Her genuine warmth and friendliness, her encouragement of others, her humor, and her faith helped so many others. I think Ruby knew that her time with us was coming to a close, but even then, she radiated affection for others and strength of spirit. I feel deeply blessed and privileged to have known her and can only imagine the void felt by her friends and loved ones. You will all be in my prayers as you both grieve the loss of such a precious person, and yet celebrate Ruby's life.

Ruby, I don't know what to say without crying. You was always the one I called to vent or have a good laugh. I'm going to miss our talks. You was the strength that tried to keep all of us together. You always remembered the special dates and had special cards to go with them. I remember when I had knee surgery and you brought crayons and coloring books to the hospital so I would have something to keep me busy. That was one of your special ways. I will always cherish and remember the friendship we had. As we always finish our phone calls we always made sure we would say "Love You".
