Shawn Bohannon Obituary
Shawn Lorenzo Bohannon, gone too soon, lived life to the fullest- Shawn was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 16, 1971 and departed this life on August 27, 2021.
Shawn was a graduate of Springfield High School and attended the University of Toledo studying Political Science.
He loved family and family gatherings. He is survived by children, Jayda Wilson, Shayla Stacy and Kai Cogswell; parents, JoAnn Thomas, Garland Bohannon and biological father, Reggie Alexander; sisters, Kimberly and Nicole Bohannon; brothers, Derriss, Michael (Brittni) and Jordan Bohannon and Brian Alexander; aunts, Margie Evans Fort, of Indianapolis and Carmen Watkins, of Toledo; uncle, Nate (Connie) Evans of Atlanta; loyal and faithful friend, Kathryn "Kat" Samples, and a host of relatives and friends, all loving and having special relationships with Shawn. He dearly loved family and friends and he will surely be missed.
Family Hour/Wake and Funeral Service 9 and 10 a.m. Friday, September 10, 2021, at the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 702 Collingwood Boulevard, Toledo, OH 43604.

My heart goes out to all that knew and loved Shawn. Good times and bad our paths would cross throughout our lives since high school and our friendship was unique. You gave me a piece of your heart and she has your smile.
