Sintha (Cynthia) E.

Sintha E. Anderson passed from this earth on February 6, 2013. She passed peacefully at Mercy St. Charles Hospital surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure, at age 76. Sintha was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 19, 1936. Sintha was a 1954 graduate of Olney High School, and married David O. Anderson in 1954. Sintha discovered her passion for art after her children were grown, and studied at the University of Toledo/Toledo Museum of Art.

Sintha is survived by her daughter, Terri (Chris) Burnett of Lansing, KS; sons, John (Beth) of Toledo, OH and Mike (Stephanie) of Curtice, OH; brother-in-law, Trevor (Angela) Kelly of Florence, AZ; brother, Chuck (Lynn) DeWitt of Concorde, NC; sisters, Gail DeWitt of Allentown, PA; Cheryl Barr of Warren, PA, and Joyce (Tim) Meals of Cedar Park, TX. She also has 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family asks that any memorial contributions be given to Athena Art Society. A family memorial service is planned for Spring. Online condolences may be sent to:

A wonderful, talented lady who is missed by those who love her. I feel blessed to have gotten the chance to be considered part of her family. I hope that everyone she loved finds peace and joy in the memories they share of her.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family and friends of Sintha Anderson during this very difficult time. God's word speaks of a time when all sorrow will be wipe out from the face of the earth and God's original purpose of a paradise earth will be restore where mankind will live forever in perfect health! - Isaiah 65:17,21-24.
