Theodora "Tess"



Theodora "Tess" Duszynski died Friday, January 30, 2015, at Sunset Village in Sylvania. Preceding her in death were her husband, Daniel, and brothers Leon, Murray, Edward, Henry, and Robert Pietras; sister, Jean Feldman, and granddaughter, Susan Mary Hamilton. She is survived by her son, Dennis Duszynski, wife Miriam; her daughter, Diane Hamilton-Porter; husband, Tim Porter; her grandsons, Daniel Duszynski, Dennis Duszynski Jr., and Mark Hamilton, wife Connie, and her great-grandson, Michael Duszynski.

Tess was a hard worker, loyal friend, a wonderful wife, a great mother, and a Christian lady. She was a Libby Glass retiree and was a member of the '55 Plus Club' of St. Vincent DePaul Church. She was a parishioner of St. John's the Baptist Church in Point Place. Her family sincerely thanks the staff at Sunset Village for their kind and professional care.

The family requests any tributes be sent to Susan's Smiles of Happiness c/o Sunshine Children's Home Maumee. This family initiated program takes care of the dental care of Sunshine residents.

A memorial service will be held at St. John's the Baptist Church Point Place on Tuesday, February 3 at 10:00 a.m. The interment will be private.
