Timothy Lawrence Minnick

Timothy Lawrence Minnick, age 76, of Englewood, Florida, formerly of Waterville, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his home on September 29, 2025.

Tim was born on June 1, 1949, to the late Travis and Ruth Minnick. After the passing of his mother, his father married Virginia. Tim was a proud graduate of Perrysburg High School, and worked at a veterinarian office that he would remember fondly through his life, especially working with dogs. Tim went on to serve his country in Vietnam, and was later an employee at Libby Owens Ford, from which he retired. He later returned to work as a security guard at St. Luke's Hospital. Tim married Ann Marie Herr, and together they built a life of love raising their 4 children. He and Ann Marie found their greatest joy in becoming grandparents to Elan, Tess, Alicia, Genevieve, Betsey, Teddy, Annie, Zeek, Kealah, and Cubby. After the loss of Ann Marie, Tim was blessed to find love again, and married Barbara Ziehr, joyfully gaining more family in the union. He cherished his time with Barbara, her sons, and their now 22 grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara; children, Travis, Marissa (Bill), and Maria (Jake); stepsons, Jeremy, Jonathon (Ann Marie), Shaun (Amanda), Chad (Laura); his grandchildren; his sister, Connie; and brother-in-law, Bill; many nieces and nephews, and cherished family and friends. Preceding him in death are Ann Marie; his daughter, Jennifer; his parents; sister, Judy; and his brother, Matthew.

A celebration of life will be held in Tim's honor on Tuesday, October 14th, from 4 p.m.-7 p.m., in The Strawberry House at Homecoming Park, 7807 Angola Rd., Holland Ohio.
