Timothy Dwayne Owens, 63, passed away on April 4, 2021, at U.P.M.C. Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Wake service will be Friday, April 16, 2021. at 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. W. L. Perryman, pastor. Interment Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements entrusted to Dale-Riggs Funeral Home.

Just found out Timothy transitioned. My heart took a hit. I´ve known Timothy since elementary school. Always kind and friendly. Always focused. May you rest in eternal peace Timothy.

Tim will be greatly missed. I appreciate everything from the time we moved to Ohio as a youth. Everytime you seen us, you always had a genuine smile. No more pain nor suffering. Rest up!
