Tory Gerber Obituary
Tory L. Gerber, age 58, of Toledo, passed away January 4, 2019 at Manor at Perrysburg. She was born May 23, 1960 in Toledo to Henry and Norma (Hess) Gerber. Tory attended Bowsher High School and graduated from Summerfield High School in 1980.
Tory is survived by her sister, Karan (Joe) Shinaver; sister-in-law, Paulette Yasenchak; nieces, Mandy (Mark) Kachenmeister and Faith Shinaver; nephew, Brad (Amber) Gerber; step-brother, Steve Raker; step-sister, Janie McCabe; grand niece, Brooklyn Gerber; grand nephews, Braden and Mason Gerber and Cooper Kachenmeister. In addition to her parents, Tory was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Gerber and step-mother, Helga Gerber.
The family will receive guests, Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo (419-381-1900).
The family would like to thank the staff of the Manor at Perrysburg for their care and support of Tory over the past years.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Tory's memory.

My heart is broken. What beautiful person inside and out. Always had a smile and happy disposition and always asking about my brother, Denny when I seen her out in years past. My heart goes out to Paulie, Brad and your families at this time. Heaven gain a wonderful Angel. May her and Grumpy be catching up. Love to you all xoxo

So sorry to read of Tory's passing.Met her when she was 16.She was such a sweet person.She had it rough after the car accident she was in but she gave it her all.I'm glad to have know her and I bet she is enjoying being back with her brother Terry.Her good friends Mike and Danny Keefe are there to welcome her.Rest in peace Tory
