I worked in the same department with Vanessa for over 17 yrs. I remember her humor and jokes and dedication to her job. Every Christmas she would decorate the old palm tree with Christmas lights and when ever I would say:Why doesn't our work have any Christmas decorations up, she would say:We got our tree. Then we would laugh and say , yes we have our tree. I would look forward to that old tree. She had a sense of humor! Jeff: so sorry for your lost. LAUREN, Your Mom thought the world of you. May the Lord be with you both. I am sure Vanessa is decorating some old palm tree for the angels.Peace be with you both.

Rudolph Arnstein is my husband, Kathy Knopp is the aunt giving condolences to the family. Vanessa got the best care at this hospice. I love 650 miles away but was able to see her one last time as we traveled up, but couldn't stay because of committed travel arrangement made a year ago for the funeral. My heart is hurting for such a wonderful niece, friend, and like a sister to me for many years. This cancer was such a cruel joke, and she suffered so much due to the cancer. I am so grateful for her husband and daughter who loved her so much and will continue to be a support to both of them and any family member that wants to stay in touch. God speed Vanessa, you will be sorely missed beyond measure. Love and blessings. Kathy Knopp
