I have such good memories of the times I spent at your house on Sumner. Mr. McCourt was always very kind and caring toward me, and he loved to tease me. I suppose it helped that I was very gullible! I can still see his big smile and hear him laughing. There were many evenings that he drove me home after my visits and was always happy to do so. I recall attending Mud Hens games with the family and he always got us very good seats. I am so sorry I was out of town during the time of the funeral; I just found out about his passing by looking at some past newspapers, and I wish I could have been there. May your wonderful memories of him give you peace at this time.
