Warren was surrounded by loved ones as he passed on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at 5:50 p.m. in Sun City, AZ. A Toledo native, Warren was a dedicated husband, loving father and great friend to many. Warren was a hard worker, an ambitious prospector, CB enthusiast, and ultimate jack of all trades. He loved spending time with family, fishing, woodworking, traveling, making people laugh and was loved by many.

Warren is survived by his wife, Brenda; children, Shannon Eis (Ryan),Veronica Lisac (John), Robert Kieniski (Carrie), John Fately (Tammy); dogs, Sam and Suzie; sisters, Mary Ann Eitniear, Sharon Prieto and Sherry Karnowski; many grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his mother, Stella Maros; father, Warren J. Karnowski and brother, John Karnowski.

Memorial services pending.

I loved this man like he was my father, I've known him for 20 years. He was an ornery man but that is what I loved about him. Shannon, Brenda, and Veronica my prayers are with you. He will be missed and was definitely loved by many.
