William H. NAUMAN

NAUMAN William H. William H. Nauman, 68, of Findlay, Ohio, formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away Monday, June 4, 2012, in the Cleveland Clinic, surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 12, 1944, in Toledo to George and Dorothy (Harding) Nauman. Bill served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was employed by the I.B.E.W. as an electrician. Bill enjoyed traveling on various cruises. Bill is survived by his children, Jill (Dan) Smith, Scott Nauman, and John (Tiffany) Nauman; grandchildren, Jacob, Alexandria "Lexi," Jordan, and Austin; sisters, Shirley Shiple, Margaret "Sis" Cornwell, Carol Zapiecki, and Ruth Jenkins; brothers, Frank "Butch" (Marlene) Naumann, Michael (Robin) Nauman, and Steve Nauman; former wife, Joyce Nauman, and companion and caregiver, Stan Plott. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by brothers, Edward and Gerald Nauman. The family will receive guests Thursday, June 7, 2012, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be held Friday, June 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
