William NAUMAN Obituary

NAUMAN William H. William H. Nauman, 68, of Findlay, Ohio, formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away Monday, June 4, 2012, in the Cleveland Clinic, surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 12, 1944, in Toledo to George and Dorothy (Harding) Nauman. Bill served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was employed by the I.B.E.W. as an electrician. Bill enjoyed traveling on various cruises. Bill is survived by his children, Jill (Dan) Smith, Scott Nauman, and John (Tiffany) Nauman; grandchildren, Jacob, Alexandria "Lexi," Jordan, and Austin; sisters, Shirley Shiple, Margaret "Sis" Cornwell, Carol Zapiecki, and Ruth Jenkins; brothers, Frank "Butch" (Marlene) Naumann, Michael (Robin) Nauman, and Steve Nauman; former wife, Joyce Nauman, and companion and caregiver, Stan Plott. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by brothers, Edward and Gerald Nauman. The family will receive guests Thursday, June 7, 2012, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be held Friday, June 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. We will miss Bill sorry we can't be there but will alway's rember the good times we had with him will miss him at halloween

So sorry for your loss. Bill was quite the character and was always telling stories about his full and exciting life.
He talked about his grandchildren and children alot, he was proud of everyone he ever mentioned.
Bill was a great help with Stanley and directed him to the correct organizations to keep him healthy and help him learn how to save money.
Bill was quick to smile and share a story, he will be missed by many....
