Alvin Brown Obituary

Alvin D. Brown, 72, of Trenton, departed this life on January 6, 2018 in Trenton.
Born in Emporia, VA, Alvin was educated in the Greensville County Public School System. He attended Royal Baptist Church in Emporia, VA before relocating to NJ many years ago. Alvin was self-employed all of his life.
He was predeceased by his parents, Luther and Ida Brown; one sister, Doris Wyche; and four brothers, Luther Jr., Thomas, Richard, and Shelton Brown.
Alvin leaves to mourn and cherish precious memories his loving wife, Della Brown; three daughters, Crystal Williams (Herman) of Hapeville, GA, Laterra Brown, and Tanisha Dyton (James) both of Trenton, NJ; 11 grandchildren, Aingye Oliver, Merrell Wheeler, LaTerra Wheeler, Daquan Oliver, DonNesha Gentry, Jairus Williams, Talahia Jackson, Jasmine Jackson, Tenisha Jackson, Chamondia Moten, and Hermon V. Williams; three brothers, James Brown of Detroit, MI, Melvin Brown (Joyce) of Petersburg, VA, and Ronnie Brown (Sandra) of Emporia, VA; two sisters, Nell Cox (Stephen) of Newark, NJ and Angela Brown of Richmond, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services and interment were held privately with his family.
Interment was in Fountain Lawn Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the direction of Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
