Christian Stokes, 22, of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017. Born in Trenton, Christian was a lifelong area resident. He attended Hamilton High West. He loved music, the beach and playing basketball. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed watching NFL football. Christian enjoyed being around his family, especially his sisters. He was a loving son, father, brother, cousin, and friend who will be missed by all who loved him. Christian is pre-deceased by his maternal grandfather, Patrick Bransfield Sr.; his brother, Justin Kearns; Christian leaves behind his parents Melissa (Bransfield) Mingo and Carl Mingo; his daughter, Peyton Stokes; his siblings, Tyler Kearns, Deasia and Carlissa Mingo, Andrew Kalman and Ashley Stokes; his maternal grandmother, Cindy Bransfield; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless loving friends. Memorial services will be held Sunday at 5:30 PM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619. Family and friends may call from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Christian’s honor to the City of Angels, 392 Church St., Hamilton, NJ 08620.
