Clifford L. "Chink" Muse Sr.

Clifford L. "Chink" Muse Sr., age 90, passed away September 15, 2012, at Merwick Care and Rehabilitation Center in Plainsboro. He was born in Hightstown, and attended Hightstown High School. Mr. Muse was employed by Hightstown Theatre and retired from McGraw-Hill Inc. He maintained an active work schedule providing various services to members of the communities of Hightstown, East and West Windsor. Chink was a devoted member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Hightstown.
Son of the late John and Effieranda Muse. Mr. Muse leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, his wife, Delores Muse, daughter, Theresa Phillips (Dennis), son, Clifford L. Muse Jr., sisters, Francis Richardson, Thelma Walker, Bernice Martin, brother-in-law, William Moody, grandchildren, Dennis Phillips Jr., Erik Phillips (Giselle), Derrick Phillips (Shaaron), great-grandchildren, Deyonna Phillips, Aysha Justice, and Morgan Phillips, great-great-grandchildren, Paul and Nicholas Phillips, special friends Chris, Holly and Yanni Moraitis, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 21 Rev. William L. Powell Dr., Hightstown. Calling hours will be 1:30 p.m. until time of service at the church. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hightstown. Arrangements are by the Hughes Funeral Home, Trenton.
