James Turner Obituary
James resided in Trenton all of his life and was a graduate of the Trenton public schools. A machine operator by trade, James had many talents and hobbies. James had a God-given talent to fix nearly anything. He had a love and passion for his most constant hobby "Wheels and Motors."
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Leroy White, and Big Brother-cousin Aziz "Zees" Darrian. James leaves a daughter, Amiyah Turner; his mother and father, Laurie White and James Turner; two sisters, Danyel and Tiffany Turner; a brother, Mada Eoff; grandparents, Gregory and Maureen Turner, grandmother, Helen Crummey and a great-grandmother, Elynn Mahady; aunts, Gwynne Turner, Ruth Turner, Antoinette Sapp, Elizabeth Knox and Rosalind White, and an uncle, Gregory Turner, along with a host of great-aunts and -uncles, first, second and third generations of cousins, a Big Brother-cousin, Salik Darrian; sepcial friend, Tiara Williams and best friend, Christian Livingston.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Kingdom Church, 200 Ludlow Drive, Ewing Township. Calling hours are from 9 a.m. until time of services at the church. Interment will be in Ewing Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Hughes Funeral Home, Trenton.

To Laurie & James his daughter and the Turner family. We would like for you to know we are here for you in your time of need. We are so so sorry for your loss. He was a handsome, bright and respectful young man and he always kept a smile. We are going to miss him. Please know god won't put no more on you than you can bare. Sometime we don't understand and we say why him! But god makes no mistakes we just have to be ready when he comes for us. Just know he will always be with you. James, Tiara, Salik, Quiera, and Roz all spent last summer in NC. I will always remember the good times we had on my back porch playing spades and cooking out in the back yard. I have nothing but good memories of you James, I know you are at peace. Laurie and James Sr, my heart goes out to you and the rest of the family. Laurie, you have my deepest sympathy. I know what it's like to lose a child/son. The pain seems so unbearable, but it does get easier.
