Norma Tallone Obituary
Born January 20, 1922 in Trenton, and resided there most of her life, prior to moving to Naples, Florida to be close to her children. Norma was a former member of Saint Joachim Roman Catholic Church in Trenton and later joined St. Agnes Catholic Church, in Naples, Florida.
Over the many years, she thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews. She loved sharing stories of her childhood, her cooking techniques, specialty food dishes, her singing with the band, her sewing knowledge and her many life experiences; she enhanced the lives of all who touched her life.
Predeceased by her parents, Armando " Bimbo" and Luiggia (Rossi) Durastanti, her sister, Mary (Durastanti) DiFranco, a brother, Armando "Junior" Durastanti and her loving husband, Vincenzo "Jimmy" Tallone, she is survived by her daughter; Jo Ann (Tallone) Thokey and husband Thomas; and her son; Vincent "Buster" Tallone with whom she resided; five grandchildren; Steve; Karen and Brian Thokey; of Troy, Ohio, Thomas Thokey, Jr.; of Seattle, Washington and Jennifer (Thokey) Huette; of Tampa, Florida; one sister; Josephine (Durastanti) Santini; a brother; Nicholas Durastanti; two sisters-in-law; Patricia (Erickson) Durastanti; and Mary (Tallone) Trotto.
Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Monday (Feb. 11) at D'Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, located in Brenna-Cellini Facility, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton. Clergy from our Lady of the Angels Parish in Trenton will officiate. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hamilton.
Calling hours will be Monday from 9-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.

Buster, I was saddened to learn of your mom's passing. I always remember hearing great stories about her from the Burg. It seems like yesterday we were together at DoD and Sea Girt. I'm still in touch with Frank Ricciardi and he wishes me to send his condolences as well.
