Clifford Johns Obituary

Clifford A. Johns Jr., 69, of North Huntingdon, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at Select Specialty Hospital, McKeesport. Born May 24, 1944, he was the son of the late Clifford A. Sr. and June E. (Gardner) Johns and the husband of JoAnn Johns. Clifford was a local attorney and partner with his son, practicing at their law firm Johns and Associates. He was an Army Reserves Veteran and a member of the Mon Yough Chamber of Commerce, Allegheny County Bar Association and a lifelong member of St. Angela Merici Church. In addition to Clifford's wife, he is survived by children, Janelle (Michael) Tutera, of Murrysville, and Jason R. (Kristin) Johns, of Irwin; grandchildren, John, David and Lindsay; brothers, Robert (Leeann), of Greenock, and William (Darla), of Aiken, S.C.; and many nieces and nephews. A private family blessing service was celebrated Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013. Burial took place in Grandview Cemetery. Arrangements are cared for by WILLIG FUNERAL HOME and CREMATION SERVICES. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
