Alex Hutsko Obituary

Alex Hutsko Jr., 78, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, at Forbes Regional Hospital. He was born Aug. 6, 1940, in McKeesport, a son of the late Alex and Mildred (Musulin) Hutsko. Prior to his retirement, Alex was a field engineer for Peoples Natural Gas, a veteran of the Navy, having served during the Vietnam War, and a graduate of McKeesport High School Class of 1958. He was a member of St. Agnes Church, an antique car enthusiast and enjoyed going to car shows. He is survived by his sons, Matt Hutsko and his wife, Marisa, and Russell Hutsko; brother, Charles Hutsko and his wife, Paula; sister, Dorothy Ikach; and grandsons, Alex and Eric.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Agnes Church, with Monsignor Paul Fitzmaurice officiating. Burial will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
