Patricia A. (Chupa) Huemme, 84, of North Huntingdon, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her family. She was born Aug. 8, 1930, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Peter and Susan Chupa. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as an office manager for Sharky's Restaurant in Latrobe. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Irwin and the Christian Mothers/Women's Guild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Huemme, in 1996; a son, Donald Huemme; a great-grandson, Luke Huemme; and seven brothers and sisters. Surviving are five children, Robert Huemme, of Unity, Jeannette Louise Hamilton and husband, Paul, of North Huntingdon, Denise Donnelly, of North Huntingdon, Richard Huemme, of New Hampshire, and Mary Pat Goehring and husband, Randy, of North Huntingdon; 15 grandchildren, Christi Lynn, Brad, Patrick, Jonathan, Jackie, Matthew, Mark, Eric, Courtney, Nicole, Katelyn, Kyle, Grace, Zachary and Julien; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends were received Tuesday and Wednesday at the JOSEPH F. OTT FUNERAL HOME INC., 504 Oak St., Irwin. Parting prayers will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church.
