Blaine J. "Bubblegum" Salter, 53, of Rankin, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021. He was the longtime companion of Lorraine "Bannie" Mitchell; father of Malikqua Salter (Demetrious "Meech" Green), Montell J. Mitchell, Dominique Salter and Joelisa McDonald; brother of John and Steffon Salter; also survived by grandchildren; other family members; and friends. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, July 26, 2021, at Unity Baptist Church, 420 Fifth St., Braddock, PA 15104, where the funeral service will be held at noon Monday. Interment will be in Monongahela Cemetery. Services of comfort were entrusted to WATTS MEMORIAL CHAPEL INC., 808 Talbot Ave., Braddock, PA 15104, 412-271-3880. Social distancing and nose and mouth protection is recommended for attending visitation and service.
