Cynthia Harper Obituary

Cynthia M. Harper, 66, of Pittsburgh, Stanton Heights, passed away Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021. She was a former Pittsburgh police officer; beloved wife of Nathan Harper; mother of LaTonya Harper-Graham, Crystal and Natalie Harper; sister of Linda Scott-Robinson, Lisa Scott-Lang, Frank Scott Jr. and Sharon Scott; also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends. Visitation and funeral service is private to the family and friends by invite. Interment is private. Services of comfort entrusted to WATTS MEMORIAL CHAPEL INC., 808 Talbot Ave., Braddock, PA 15104, (412) 271-3880. Social distancing, nose and mouth protection is recommended for attending visitation and service.
