Emily J. Stadterman

Emily Jane (Loughner) Stadterman, of Pitcairn, passed away from multiple health problems on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 63. Emily grew up in West Wilmerding. She worked at Giant Eagle and as a crossing guard for Pitcairn. Because she worked well with children, she was a good fit when volunteering with Pitcairn Summer Recreation. She enjoyed visiting her apartment building's community room with the girls to play cards. She also enjoyed bowling and attending the covered dish nights at PFD #2 Social Club. Emily is survived by her sister, Violet Bateman; brother, Chuck Loughner; numerous nieces and nephews; her companion, Rick Kline, and his family; and numerous friends. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Gary Stadterman; parents, William and Millie Loughner; and siblings, Anne Marie Loughner, Jenny Loughner, and Bill Loughner. Family and friends are welcome from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 22, 2025, at ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding, PA 15148, 412-824-4332. A blessing service will be held at 10 a.m., on Friday, May 23, 2025, in the funeral home, with Pastor Ray Beard officiating.
