Lois Davis Obituary

Lois Kerns Barner Davis, 43, of Bean Station, went to her Heavenly home, Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015.

She was a member of New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church.

She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She was a three time survivor of cancer, wherein she never lost her faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Kerns; husband, Hallie Barner, Jr.; grandmothers, Ida Kerns, Thelma Saul.
She is survived by her husband, Eric Davis; children, Samantha Rimer, Travis Barner, Brittany Davis, Hunter Davis, Peyton Barner, Savannah Davis and Erica Davis; mother, Helen Castle; brothers, Henry, Danny and Buddy Kerns; sisters, Tammy Ashworth and Lisa Gibson; several nieces and nephews; a host of friends and family.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Randy Beeler, Dusty Trent and Danny Kerns officiating.

Burial will follow in Heath Chapel Cemetery in Bean Station.

Memorial contributions may be made to Christian-Sells Funeral Home.
