Catherine Chmura Obituary

Catherine (Burns) Chmura, 81, formerly of Oakland, died Sunday, June 12, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Chmura. Loving mother of Christina A. (Paul) Armbruster, of Pleasant Hills, and Lt. Col. Timothy J. (Kathie) Chmura, U.S. Army, of Alexandria, Va. Grandma of Daniel and Joseph Armbruster and Brian Chmura, of West Point. Sister of Margaret Cox, of Maryland, and the late Jane Smith, Anna Marie Burns and Charles "Mike" Burns. Friends will be received from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the EDWARD P. KANAI FUNERAL HOME, 500 Greenfield Ave. Funeral at 9:15 a.m. Thursday with funeral Mass at 10 in St. Regis Church. The family suggests donations to Homestead Personal Care Home, 1800 West St., Homestead, PA 15120.
