Jean D. Atutes

Jean D. Atutes, 90, of Mt. Lebanon, formerly of Scott Township, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014. She was the wife of the late Michael J. Atutes; loving mother of Jan Atutes; sister of Virginia Frazier and the late Dorothy Johnson and William Dodds; and lifelong and dear friend of the late Helen Furedy. Jean was an avid golfer and Penguins fan. She enjoyed seeing Sidney Crosby score a hat trick at both Mellon Arena and also at Consol Energy Center. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends are welcome from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 724-941-3211, where a Celebration of Jean's Life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Private inurnment will be on a later date.
