Joan Kutscher

Joan "Bunny" Kutscher, 74, of Jefferson Hills, formerly of Clairton, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, in Jefferson Hills Manor. She was born Aug. 12, 1930, in Clairton, to the late Louis J. "Capo" and Teresa (Pasquerell) Capul. She was a retired vault employee of SkyBank, Jefferson Hills, a former second grade teacher in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District and a graduate of Clairton High School and Duquesne University. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, George J. Kutscher, who died Nov. 25, 1986. She is survived by daughters, Catherine Miller (James Stupar), of Pleasant Hills, Teresa Parry, of Jefferson Hills; sons, George J. (Dorothy) Kutscher Jr., of Jefferson Hills, Louis Kutscher, of West Mifflin, Burke Kutscher, of Jefferson Hills, and William (Holly) Kutscher, of Pleasant Hills; sisters, Irene Rossi, Mary Ann Lewis and Louise Lewis, all of Clairton, Loretta Valvo, of West Newton, Frances Lawson, of Jefferson Hills, and Terese Capul, of Coal Center; brothers, Anthony Capul, of Lakemont Farms, Pa., and Mark Capul, of Garden Plains, Kan.; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the A.J.
