Paul Klempay Obituary

Paul R. Klempay, 73, of Peters, died Friday Sept. 22, 2006, in Family Hospice Manor, Bellevue. He was born May 3, 1933, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Paul and Mary (Hatfield) Klempay and was a homebuilder and designer, past president of the Washington County Homebuilders Association and a member of the Pittsburgh Homebuilders Association. Mr. Klempay also was a member of the South Hills Elks, a social member of the McMurray VFW and the former vice president of the Brentwood Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by his wife, Jo Klempay; sons, Paul Klempay Jr., of North Strabane, Joseph (Donna) Klempay, of Peters, and Richard (Christine) Klempay, of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Crissy, Tyler, Cody, Cameron, Carolyn and Lauren Klempay and Lee Wiseman; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Dakota Wiseman, and sisters, Eileen Klempay and Edna Mae (Roger) Nasci. Friends welcome from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at BEINHAUERS, 2828 Washington Road, Peters, 724-941-3211. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Benedict the Abbot Church. The family suggests memorial donations to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett St., Pittsburgh, PA 15243 or the St. Benedict the Abbot Church Building Fund, 120 Abington Drive, McMurray, PA 15317.
