William A. Krebs

William Anthony Krebs Sr., 83, of Shaler, was entrusted to the Lord on Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at his home. During World War II, Mr. Krebs was an Army sergeant with the 251st Station Hospital in the Pacific Theater from 1942 to 1945. In 1955, he founded the first of four auto dealerships in Etna, personally assisting clients until retiring in 1992. He was a member of St. Bonaventure Parish since 1957 and supported various charities. Son of the late Joseph and Isabel Regan Krebs. Beloved husband of 57 years of Teresa (Knoll) Krebs, whom he married June 10, 1948. Beloved father of Joan Krulia, Mariann Bolton, and William Jr., David, James, Michael, Joseph, Daniel and Christopher Krebs. Also survived by 29 grandchildren. Visitation from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at NEELY FUNERAL HOME, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Shaler, 412-486-4546. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Bonaventure Church.
