Kenneth McAlpin

KC McAlpin (Kevin Courtenay), 78, from Falls Church, VA, Sewickley, PA, and Harbor Springs, MI, passed away peacefully on Sept. 29, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Rochester, PA, and lived his life in Texas, Virginia, and Sewickley before calling Michigan his home. During his years in Sewickley, he was a member of St. Stephen's Church and a friend to all who knew him. Toward the end of a brief illness, he returned to Virginia to be with his children. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind his former wives, Nancy (Falls Church) and Louise (Sewickley); his children, Holly (Manassas VA), Bonnie (Amissville VA), and David (Falls Church); two wonderful sons-in-law; a grandson, Elijah; as well as his brothers, Rod, Pete, Wayo, and Mac; his sister, Ashley; and his aunts, JoAnn and Patricia. A small memorial will be held this summer in northern Michigan.
