Adele Lehosky

1938 - 2022

Adele Lehosky, 84, of Greenville, formerly of Greensburg and Levittown, N.Y., passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022. She was born March 12, 1938, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late Harry and Marian Miller. Adele found comfort in her strong faith in Jesus and was an active member of the First Reformed United Church of Christ while living in Greensburg. One of her favorite pastimes was crocheting blankets for family and friends alike and also telling anyone who would listen, "let me tell you about my grandchildren!" while smiling ear to ear. Adele was also an avid fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association, participating in their annual walk-a-thons and many bake sales. Adele enjoyed gardening while living in St. Paul's Homes Retirement community in Greenville. Adele was predeceased by her husband, Franklin D. Lehosky; and son, the Rev. Frank Lehosky (Rev. Susan). Adele is survived by her brother, Lewis Miller, of Plainview, N.Y.; sons, Michael (Maureen), Paul and Adam; daughter, Leanne; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew. Family and friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg, PA. Adele's funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Denmark Manor Cemetery.
