My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Andy. Andy was in the Protective Services program at CWCTC, and he always greeted me with a big smile and cheery greeting. A nice young man and all around good person.

Andy was such a sweet, genuine person. We attended vo-tech together and he always brightened up the room. Some kids dropped me on a stretcher once and Andy was the only one to pick me back up. We had a laugh. My heart is heavy from this loss.
