Carmen DiPaolo Obituary

Carmen DiPaolo, 100, of Jeannette, passed away Oct. 15, 2025, in the William Penn Center, Jeannette. Born Aug. 4, 1925, in Rankin, he is the son of the late Vincenzo and Carmela Falcona DiPaolo. A veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during WWII, he had been employed by Westinghouse as a bricklayer. Survivors include his daughter, Ardella Petrarca of Greensburg; his son, Robert Pendro of Monroeville; a grandson, Dr. Ralph Petrarca of Murrysville; and four granddaughters, Christy Stahl of Manor, Nicole Smith of North Carolina, Summer Pendro of North Huntington, and Dominique Logan Tillery of Auburn, AL; along with numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha DiPaolo; two brothers, Nunzio DiPaolo and Dan DiPaolo; and two sisters, Mary Donofrio and Raffaello Lucarelli. Full military honors will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
