Christine E. (Schaller) Schlecter, 48, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015, at her home. She was born Oct. 20, 1966, in Abington, a daughter of Linda "Pixie" Stoner Schaller, of Jeannette, and the late James Edwin Schaller. Christine was a graduate of Hempfield High School, Class of 1984. She had attended Seton Hill College and the University of Pittsburgh. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family and her three cats. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her beloved husband of 20 years, Craig M. Schlechter; a sister, Carla (Jaimeson) Arone, of Ligonier; and three nephews, Avery, Jasper and Ethan Arnone. Christine's family and friends will gather together from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at the J. PAUL McCRACKEN FUNERAL CHAPEL INC., 144 East Main St., Ligonier, where service will follow at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Dr. J. Paul McCracken officiating. Please no flowers.
