David W. Greece, 65, of Unity Township, died Saturday, July 9, 2022. He was born April 15, 1957, in Greensburg, a son of the late Charles Vernon and Theresa Flo (Damato) Greece. Dave had worked in the maintenance department of the Greensburg Salem School District for almost 35 years and was also a maintenance supervisor for Raimondo Real Estate. He enjoyed camping in his new RV, riding his Harley motorcycle, eating out and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Dave was a generous man who loved to give and provide for others. He welcomed many people to his family, acting as a father and grandfather and called "uncle" by many. Dave liked to have a good party with all of his friends and family. His faith was important to him. He was a member of Father's Heart Ministries, Penn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Paula J. (Redding) Greece; and his brother, Charles "Skip" Greece. He is survived by his wife, Holly B. (Montell) Greece; two daughters, Nicole Wasnieski (James) and Danett Klejka; nine grandchildren, Mya, Hannah, Johnny, Joshua, James, Joseph, Nicole, Ohanna and Henry; his son-in-law, John Klejka Jr.; stepson, Nathan Hartman; three brothers, Richard, Mark and Robert Greece; four sisters, Mary Crusan, Patty Greece, Kathy Greece and Theresa "Baba" Parana; several nieces and nephews; and his pets that he loved, Gunner and Rudy. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton St., Greensburg. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Henry Taliercio officiating. Interment is private.
