Donna J. Howard Briner, 93, of Mt. Pleasant Township, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born Jan. 16, 1932, in Whitney, a daughter of the late Bessie (Jones) Sherrow. She was a graduate of Hurst High School and a member of Amaranth's Eastern Star. Prior to retirement she worked at the former Lilly Shop in Greensburg. Donna was a member of Kecksburg Church of God, was a good, caring mother, and loved her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dale Howard; her second husband, George B. Briner; her brother, Jay Sherrow; and a sister, Emigale Hayes. She is survived by four sons, Keith Howard (Karen), Glenn Howard (Debbie), Doug Howard (Susan), and Brian Howard (Monica); seven grandchildren, Craig (Tomi), Curt (Ivy), Chris, Aaron (Amanda), Travis (Karly), Clayton (Taylor), and Natalie Howard; 11 great-grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan, Ryan, Alivia, Kayden, Austin, Aiden, Rory, Colt, Alissa, and Dean; a sister, Marcia Long (Ken); and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, at LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, at which time funeral services will be held with Pastor Robert Iksic and The Rev. David L. Greer officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Township. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Kecksburg Church of God, 1255 Claypike Road, Mt.
