Eli J. Swierczewski, 24, of Dublin, OH, formerly of Natrona Heights, passed away on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025. He was born Nov. 16, 2001, in Natrona Heights to Brian Swierczewski and Pamela (Nowicki) Swierczewski. Eli was a 2020 graduate of St. Joseph High School, where he played baseball, basketball, and soccer. He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 2024 from the University of Dayton. For the past two years he worked as a mechanical engineer for Honda in Marysville, OH. Eli was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Natrona Heights. Eli enjoyed cars, autocrossing his 1994 Miata (Moose), and golf; was an avid Pittsburgh and Dayton Flyers sports fan; and loved bush camping and being outdoors. In addition to his parents listed above, Eli is survived by his brother, Ethan Swierczewski (fiancee, Bridget Morrissey), of Arlington, VA; sisters, Anna Swierczewski, of Houston, TX, Ally Swierczewski, of Natrona Heights, and Emma Swierczewski, of Natrona Heights; maternal grandparents, Bernard and Patricia (Salat) Nowicki; uncles, Chris (Vickie) Nowicki and Todd (Kathleen) Anuszek; aunt, Robin (Don) Kalpakis; and by his girlfriend, Lauren Schutte. Eli was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Chester and Rosemary Anuszek; maternal great-grandparents, John and Josephine Salat; and his uncle, Mark Anuszek. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, in CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights, 724-224-8688. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Natrona Heights. Everyone is asked to please meet at the church. Burial will be private.
